Leadership Profile

Pramod Kumar Gupta serves as the President of the All India Association For Differently Abled (AIADA), leading national initiatives to promote disability rights through awareness, advocacy and public engagement.

He contributed inputs during the formulation of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and has worked extensively on issues concerning disability rights, accessibility, and psychosocial disability. Over the years, he has worked alongside many eminent personalities, such as Dr. Bhargavi Davar, on psychosocial issues and mental health rights, engaging with stakeholders across the country to advance inclusive policies.
